Post Operative Rehabilitation & Convalescent Service

Clearbrook provides a post operative rehabilitation service and convalescent care service through north Dublin acute hospitals.

These services provide short-term, step-down care for patients from acute hospitals who have recently had surgical procedures or acute illness to assist them before they return home.
These services at Clearbrook offer:

  • Modern, purpose-built facility. 90 Individual bedrooms.
  • Onsite Chartered physiotherapy
  • Onsite GP Service-weekly visit
  • Access to remote Dietetics, SLT and Tissue Viability services.

    • Physiotherapy Service

    Clearbrook Nursing Home has onsite physiotherapy services five days per week. Each rehabilitation and convalescent care patient admitted to Clearbrook receives physiotherapy input at least four times per week.
